pilates + yoga + ballet + strength training = barre

Join us for a low-impact, full-body workout, and achieve long, lean muscles without bulking up. Barre is a fun and efficient form of exercise that can help transform your physique.

All classes are taught by Doctors of Physical Therapy. All of whom are movement and exercise experts who hold STOTT Pilates certifications and have trained in STOTT Barre.  

No experience with pilates, yoga, or ballet is required.  Our classes are designed for beginners and those wanting a different workout activity.  Wear comfortable exercise clothes, socks, or go barefoot. Bring a water bottle.

We are not currently holding Barre classes due to COVID-19.
