All classes are taught by Doctors of Physical Therapy. All of whom are movement and exercise experts who hold STOTT Pilates certifications and have trained in STOTT Barre. No experience with pilates, yoga, or ballet is required. Our classes are designed for beginners and those wanting a different workout activity. Wear comfortable exercise clothes, socks, or go barefoot. Bring a water bottle. |
